I’ve been going to Jamie at Lifestyle Massage for over 4 years now and LOVE her! She is an amazing masseuse and I don’t trust anyone else now! She remembers exactly what you like/don’t like, checks in to make sure the pressure is right DURING the massage (why don’t more massage therapists do this?), makes you feel comfortable from the very beginning, and knows how to find those problem areas! She’s so good that I have my husband, mother, and father going to her too. My mom likes a soothing, soft touch, my dad likes deep tissue, and the rest of us like somewhere in between, and she makes us all very happy! She’s helped my parents with pre/post back/neck surgery work, myself with wedding prep, pregnancy, woes, and overall tension in my jaw/neck, and my husband with his too many golf rounds/range session issues! I’ve had massages at swanky day spas like Sawgrass, the best luxury hotels in Charleston and Savannah, and Orlando…and none of them come close to her! She’s a miracle worker and you’ll love her too! If you want an EXCELLENT massage for less than Massage Envy or the other day spas overcharge for, Jamie is your girl!

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityJamie is the absolute best! not only is she super friendly, but she is the best masseuse. I usually get the one hour full body massage but I am seriously considering upgrading to a 90 minute session. She also always asks about areas of tension or discomfort and spends a little extra time on those areas. Very caring and sweet. Jamie’s hands are a gift from God. Her passion for people is unreal. She has been working on my pain for sometime. I have never experienced a better massage and I have had many. She is a hidden gem in Jacksonville that’s for sure! She is so sweet, and soft spoken! From the consultation she makes sure to go over health, and injuries to ensure your massage is perfect for you. The table warmer is fabulous, and her room smells so lovely!!! She ensures to ask how the pressure is and to let her know if ever uncomfortable. Her massage lotion doesn’t leave you feeling like a greasy mess (love that) so you can run back to work, or errands after! Her movements are so fluid, and her draping is great! I never felt overly exposed, and the full body is increable! I have been massaged by a lot of different therapists, and her movements by far have been the most beneficial in my upper shoulders! I wish I would have added on the extra 30 minutes! 60 minutes was great, but if I were you I’d definitely upgrade if you can! The scalp and foot work was a perfect ending also! Not many therapists touch the entire body anymore. I highly recommend this sweet spot in Jax! I will be back, and book my husband as well! You won’t be disappointed!
