ZERO Stars if possible…please read to save yourself the experience I had. It was a Saturday night about 6pm, for a date night my husband and I were starting off with some relaxing foot massages…or so we thought. First of all we called ahead for an a couples appointment, they said ok on the phone, then when i arrived they put us in 2 separate rooms even though we asked for a couples room, again we were told no. I was told to wait in the room for the masseus, so I took of my shoes, socks, and rolled up my pants to my knee expecting the foot massage i asked for, the lady comes in and asks me to ay first,,,this is weird also…but whatever, I pay the $80 ($40 each) and then she asks me if I want oil…i said sure…she said so take off your shirt…so without a towel for privacy, I took off my shirt as she asked, then she said bra too, I am not shy about my body but a towel or any kind of drape would have been appreciated, but whatever, i lay down thinking she will do my back AND my feet, thats even better! but no, she began to give me the strongest massage of my life!! (ive had many) and it hurt!!! I asked her to please be more gentle, she complied, but the pressure difference was barely noticeable. after about 5 minutes, the weirdest thing happened. She began to play music on her phone, at a VERY loud volume, all K-Pop dance techno type music, did I say LOUD, it was so absurd! This is supposed to be relaxing but it was anything but. and she didn’t skip the commercials between songs either, and the commercials were also SO LOUD. So by now I just want this experience to be over, but i also was thinking I still wanted my foot massage. Guess what…she NEVER TOUCHED MY FEET, not even once !!! Why did she think i had my shoes off?! (and i should say my feet are clean and well kept so it wasnt that.) It was so weird ! my husband said the same thing happened to him with the music and he barely got his feet touched, it was mostly back….my husband also suggested a reason why they do that with the music…most likely… brace yourself….this is a H***Job place ! drowning out the sounds of other patrons enjoying their “massage” ! I still cannot get over this experience…the place is called FOOT SPA…why did my feet never get touched?? I do not recommend this place…run.
