I had a simple haircut with Kamieka and had a wonderful experience! She has a great knowledge base and knows exactly what your hair type will react well with. She works on educating you on how to best take care of your hair, without being at all pushy about buying only “saloon products”, and my hair feels lighter and healthier than ever. I previously had my hair go through a balayage treatment and just getting a cut and wash revived my hair back to how soft it felt before I added color in April 2021. I will definitely be taking all her advice on how to treat my hair and book my pre (and post!) wedding color and cut with Kamieka later this year. Thank you for a great experience 🙂

Tried to schedule a pedi for after work (after 6) and they told me they don’t work that late. I feel that is not very good for business to shut out clients that can only go after work. But honestly I’m not surprised because Lifetime does not really care about the customers anyway.

Make sure any injection specialist opens the juvederm or filler package in front of you, I have had numerous vials of filler with no result and have not had to package opened in front of me nor was I able to receive my Allē points. Syringe was already opened on table when I was escorted to my room, 3 vials with no result also same situation with a friend of mine.

Everything has been fine with the visits but if you are booking a service as a gift and want it to be a surprise, think again. They’ve screwed it up twice now. The first time they called my husband to confirm his massage and now this time they sent him an email before I was able to present it as a gift. Both times when I booked, I made it clear that I didn’t want him contacted but they ruined the surprise both times.

If I could leave no stars, I would. I scheduled a 90 minute RSQ massage specifically because of the online description of the service and the upper back and neck pain I was experiencing. I also assumed (incorrectly) that Lifetime would have therapists skilled in the art of muscle tension relief given their core business. The atmosphere and the therapist were terrible. I didn’t realize until I got there that my massage would be in the “upper” level – next to all the group fitness rooms. For at least half of my massage, the bed was thumping to the bass and the music could be heard in the room despite the white noise and relaxation music playing. My therapist seemed inexperienced, uncertain, and unskilled. It was like she walked into the room that day and decided to give massage therapy a try. Her technique was asymmetrical and skattered; she would spend 30 seconds on my hamstrings, 30 second on my back, then 30 seconds on my glutes. She forgot to put the pillow under my knees on 2 occasions (I was made to keep flipping over), which added additional stress to my back. When she had me flip from face-up to face down, she failed to get the cradle ready so I had to strain my neck while she positioned it. Her actual massage technique was also lacking – this is why I think she was unfamiliar with the musculoskeletal system. She would use soft circular motions when working my quads and hamstrings … she spent WAY too much time sort of rubbing my scalp. For the first time in twenty years, I couldn’t wait for the experience to be over. Unfortunately, customer service was closed by the time this dreadful experience concluded, but I will be calling on Monday and requesting a full refund.
