I was greeted by a lovely receptionist Stacy who checked me in and then I had a full foil with Meghan who did an amazing job on my hair for the second time. I was not impressed checking out with Kelly who was cold and snippy when I inquired about the $16 surcharge for an extra bowl of product. I had the exact same service to my hair as before a couple of months ago (exact same colors and quantity) and no one mentioned the up charge which meant I could only afford to leave a small tip. Kelly was not patient or able to explain why I didn’t know in advance about the extra charge and brushed me off with a “Have a good day” which in my mind meant “sorry you don’t like our price policies but just leave”! Bad end to a wonderful hairdo!

Acne scars from my youth even into adulthood, terrible sun spots post pregnancy along with typical aging have made me self conscious. Aka – if I could change anything, it would be my skin!

I had Botox for my Hyperhydrosis in my armpits with Nicole Wente at the Lakeville LifeSpa. Best. Experience. Ever. She was so knowledgeable and comforting while talking about what the service entailed, along with next steps and at home care. I wish I could give 10 stars because she totally changed my life with this service- cannot recommend her enough! Go see her for all of your botox and filler needs- first class service provider.
