In the recovery phase of a cold and was recommended to get a massage. Was even told it was safe. They refused to work on me because it’s a “contraindication”. It’s apparent she just wanted a break after reading these reviews. I won’t be back. I should mention that I was present to make the appointment and it wasn’t an issue until I came back later for the actual appointment only to be turned away.

Lifetime Spa owners you have a very beautiful space, the receptionist are lovely, the bathtub is so nice and relaxing but please hire professional therapists, and don’t book them back to back! I have been here twice. Both massage therapists were not up to par. No rope/plip flops were offered. My first therapist was extremely tired, I asked whats wrong, I was in shock to hear the spa books clients back to back so obviously they are going to be exhausted. The second one seemed very uncomfortable, Maybe a bad day? I going to have to go back to Woodhouse spa, its a little drive but I totally worth it.

Absolutely LOVE Life Spa! This is one of the nicest spas I have been to. Their massage therapist are out of this world! They have everything from hair to skin to nails and massage. Everyone is so knowledgeable and helpful. The best part is I got to use the gym and pool for the day after my massage. I can’t wait to come back for my facial next month!

Love the spa at Lifetime! Tina is the best aesthetician and gives the best facials and a long relaxing face massage – heaven! Their massage therapists are excellent as well. Beautiful space, relaxing, and you can use the steam room, sauna, and hot tub. Going for a facial right now!
