Loved loved loved my Hydrafacial today with Arpine in Plano! She is the best! From start to finish, she was very attentive to my skincare needs and wants. The entire experience was superb starting from the front desk back to the treatment room…which is heavenly! The spa is beautiful and very relaxing. Best thing about LifeSpa is that you don’t need to be a member of lifetime fitness to experience services from the spa or salon! I am thrilled with my results from today’s facial and will be back for more! My face has never felt or looked better! Book with Arpine and you will not be disappointed! I guarantee! I(my face) can’t get wait to go back and see her again soon!

I went in to wait for my husband who was getting his haircut by Amber (excellent job by the way) Anyway I decided to get a facial by Mercedes. She did an awesome job. I love facials… Two days later friends were still commenting on the glow on my face. Yep. I will definitely come back.

This spa is not even worth one star, let alone half a star. Vina Libbert (not sure if the spelling of the last name is correct), claiming to be the spa manager, is absolutely unprofessional, rude, and defensive. I spoke to her tonight (Oct. 10, 2016) about setting an appointment and tried to get an understanding of how the LT Bucks systems works. She made assumptions about my family’s membership status, refused to give me her name repeatedly (had to get it from another staff member), and HUNG UP ON ME. A family member heard our entire conversation because she was on speaker and commented on how rude she was. She kept speaking over me, was sarcastic, and was entirely unhelpful. She said I should just speak to the membership person who signed me up. The spa does not appear to even be that busy. She was most likely trying to give me a hard time. I will cancel my membership for the second time. I tried my best to give Lifetime Fitness a second chance, enrolling my family, but they messed up my experience yet again. I’m firing them for the second time.
