At the price of $80-100 for a massage…. you would think the massage would of been phenomenal and relaxing. But unfortunately that was not the case. My husband and I got massages from GINA and we signed up for the RSQ massage which is the deep tissue, but was more like a soft body rub (such a tease), literally. So disappointing and not worth the money at all!!! You get a way better massage for less at the Asian massage parlor. I told her to go deeper but barely went in to get those knots out. My husband and I were still talking about it after we left, on how disappointing and waste of money that was, it’s so upsetting just thinking about that massage! go elsewhere and get your money’s worth because this place was far from that.

Don’t ever get any waxing done with Sandra. First, she was not friendly or did not, at least try, to be authentically nice, she was chewing gum (so not professional), no towelette offered, no numbing spray, tried to use wax paper more than it could handle causing bleed/pain more than normal, and gelt she didn’t like her job. I only gave the second star because it’s a convenient location. I’ll have drive out to Naperville to see my regular esthetician.

I went for done my hair highlights before new year, they did a very bad job, I choose brown color, $125 pay after 4 hr spend time she done my hair red color some other places blonde color, she did again color on my hair, after done looks like all patches on my hair, not highlights, after wash that color also went again blonde color hair some spots,I feel really disappointed again 4 hr spend time ruin my hair, I ask her this is not I am expected, and another girl came and told me if we fixed your hair u have to pay again $125 then we will fix, it’s so ridiculous, VERY BAD JOB and BAD PRODUCTS.compare to this other salons r much better.
