I have gone to this Salon many times when I lived in Minnesota and have always had a pleasant experience. Everyone there is really friendly and they use great products. Ask for Lindsey she always did my hair and to this day I can’t find anyone that does hair as well as she does. I live in South Carolina now and have seriously considered flying back there just to get my hair done. Good hairstylists are hard to come by. I definitely recommend this place!

Wow. I got my first massage from John today. I was a bit nervous having a male masseuse, but HE WAS INCREDIBLE!!! He is SO educated in his field. He really has this down to an art (+science). He payed so much attention to my needs, and helped me understand how to get healing results in my DAILY LIFE, not just during my session. A magical, healing experience. Next time I’ll do the 90 minute instead of the 60 min. Expensive, but 150% worth it. Thank you John!!!!!

They do an alright job. I’ve had a pedicure and manicure in the past. The manicure lasted less than a week and the pedicure seemed rushed. The employees are friendly and the area is cleaned. Wish the quality of my manicure was better.

I received an exfoliating wrap and was not informed that I’d be walking through the hair salon, lobby hallway and into the uni-sex bathroom in nothing but a bathrobe, covered in mud. I also was not informed that I’d be doing the same thing on my way back from the uni-sex bathroom, but this time with a dirty robe inside out. I shared the bathroom, while taking a shower, with the opposite sex and also got to enjoy a few humiliating stares from the public to and from the bathroom. When confronting the Life Spa manager, Plymouth Lifetime general manager and corporate office about my horrible experience, I did not receive adequate reimbursement for the service I would have NEVER gotten if I would have known what I had to do. I am taking my business elsewhere.
