Toni was awful, I do not recommend. Was super rough with my hair and overall rude. Noticed immediate hair breakage after my appointment, she wasn’t gentle at all and seemed to not care at all. I can only assume she is used to cutting men’s hair. I wanted to speak up when I noticed her being extra rough with my already fine hair, but ladies, you know we tend to trust the hair dresser and don’t speak up when we should. So here is your advice to avoid at all costs. I Initially trusted booking an appointment with any stylist at Life Spa, but I will not be going back. Toni owns her own salon “at home” anyway, so avoid that too. Disappointing. Had to buy a ton of repair products on my own after Toni went to town on my hair like she was raking leaves in her yard.

I just had a long overdue massage with Brooklyn and it was wonderful! I am looking forward to working with her regularly. She is strong and really focuses on your specific problem areas. She also does cupping which is an amazing technique for those chronic spots!

I got my hair dyed there and am now missing huge chunks of hair all over my head. It’s actually terrible 🙁 I have never had that happen to me before. I also went to one of the master stylists so it was pretty expensive and would have expected a lot better. I would definitely avoid this salon, at least for hair, although I love the rest of the facility!
