The LifeSpa is very professional and clean. Every one is very very friendly and makes you feel comfortable by offering tea or water while you wait for your appointment. I see Autumn for a 60 minute massage a couple times a month now and always leave feeling so much more relaxed than what I did going into our appointment. The first time seeing her was my first time EVER getting a massage and she made me feel very comfortable and talked me through everything that she was doing. She is amazing at working out the tension in my neck which helps a lot with my tension headaches as well as working out the tension that I carry throughout my back. I had the opportunity to go to someone else today, but chose to wait a couple more hours for her. She’s amazing.
