Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityFirst time at the salon/spa. 75$ haircut with Annamaria and I walked out with no blow dry. She applied some product in my hair after the cut. Then used a diffuser for 5 min and I was done. The whole appointment was less than 30 min. Clearly there was a miscommunication or she was in a rush to get me off the chair as I know she was behind on schedule. I should have said something- Instead I came home and blow dried my own hair.Additionally, she recommended a Moroccan Oil Treatment that would enhance my hair color- but instead, it completely covered my balyage. I looked it up online afterwards, and it is temporary…I am on the 4th wash, and no highlight in sight.Finally, the haircut. I asked for LONG layers, and to maintain as much of the length as possible- I showed pictures…and instead, I got a 90s Friends/Rachel haircut. Lots of layers, I can not use a curling want on it.Overall- I am very upset. I regret going.
