Alex is simply amazing at his craft. I’ve been going him for several years and he has helped me in so many ways. Professional and truly passionate about his craft. Every appointment with him is a wonderful experience. Recently started utilizing his functional massage service and after one session I started to notice a considerable difference. I have visited Alexander 3 times for therapeutic massage and I am completely free of pain. Before going I was having difficulty sleeping due to my pain, and my muscle tension was impeding my range of motion. I am feeling so much better! I was experiencing terrible neck tension and lower back pain. I sought out a provider that could provide deep, therapeutic massage. I have visited Alexander 3 times for therapeutic massage and I am completely free of pain. I left feeling life my physical limitations do not define who I am or what I can do. My mobility improved by about 10% during my first visit. I will always go back to Alex. I have been to Alexander twice. And both times I left feeling amazing. The experience is truly a therapeutic experience both mentally and physically. I left feeling life my physical limitations do not define who I am or what I can do. My mobility improved by about 10% during my first visit. I will always go back to Alex. He is very knowledgeable in what he does. He explains everything in detail of what hes going to do and how it helps. He also talks to you so you can understand. The office is always clean and ready. Each room is set up nicely. I am always greeted with kindness and Alex always listens tentatively about my problem areas needing addressed. I have been seeing Alex for a few years now. Alex has helped me with injuries from car accidents to prenatal care to just needing a relaxing massage. He is very knowledgeable in what he does. He explains everything in detail of what hes going to do and how it helps. He also talks to you so you can understand. The office is always clean and ready. Each room is set up nicely. I am always greeted with kindness and Alex always listens tentatively about my problem areas needing addressed. Booked with Lifelong and the work they did was incredible. Booked with Alexander and and the treatment was outstanding. Asked how I got my injury while working and was able to get to the source of the problem very quickly and was able to coach me on different excersizes and treatment options to look into. I didn’t realize I had a habit of not breathing whenever I would tense up my muscles until he pointed it out. Just got done with the second appointment and I feel so much better than I did before I walked in. I’ve been having pretty bad pain in my shoulder and neck muscles for a little while now, and as a musician it was deeply concerning. Booked with Lifelong and the work they did was incredible. Booked with Alexander and and the treatment was outstanding. The studio is immaculately clean and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Alex is the best! I am a repeat client.
