I’m so so happy I found Cheryl. I was looking for prenatal yoga classes for months here in Fort Myers till she started lessons. I’m a dance teacher so I’m extremely picky when it comes to instruction, knowledge, motivation and body awareness. Well, Cheryl exceeded my speciations! She has so much experience with pregnancy! She give you all the reasons why she asking you to do what she is showing. She helps your body get ready for pregnancy, delivery and postpartum. I leave every lessons wishing I can do her lessons everyday. And that’s something that never happened to me before! A great place for comprehensive bodywork—Cheryl has extensive experience in many modalities. She’s my go to LMT for Bonita/Naples!
