I stepped off my fifth flight in two weeks all bent out of shape on a holiday weekend. After making a reservation for another therapist, I have to attribute their cancellation as a sign that the good Lord knew I needed Jay to work on me instead. Jay first spent a few minutes asking questions and observing my stance, gait, and range of motion. He then proceeded to get to business working out so much of the pain and tension that I was carrying in my body. There were only two regrets: (1) I would have scheduled a longer session if I didn’t have to hop on the freeway for another appointment and (2) I don’t live in the LA area to further the work that was done that day.

This was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I went in for a 90min deep tissue massage. I briefly pointed out the general areas that have been bothering me. David loosened up my back and explained what he was doing and his opinion of what was going on with my muscles. He explained that stretching and light weight training may help me with my back pains consequential to my situation. He worked on one specific area of my back that I pointed out for a long time instead of just going over it a few times and moving on. He took the time to focus on the areas I said were bothering me while still making time to cover my entire back. Great masseuse and great stories! Thank you!
