I specialize in chronic and Acute conditions using therapeutic and Medical Massage. Myo-fasial release, deep tissue, Swedish, medi-cupping, lymphatice massage, and Advanced Neuromuscular massage techniques are used to release pain patterns, tension, stress, inflammation and bring relaxation and relief. I am proud to be a sought-out therapist because of my unique approach to each bodywork session. I would definitely recommend Tamera. She is very professional and knowledgeable and is wonderful at reading the body to know what you need. I have been going to Tamera for several years and when I leave my body not only feels renewed but my spirit and soul are refreshed also.
