I was thrilled to have found them. I am visiting out of state and came down to do a bike century from Key Largo to Key West. I had made plans to get an IV infusion prior to ride consisting of amino acids to help support my muscles and B vitamins for energy. The plans I had made fell through and Life Fusion came through for me! Janis and Brian came over the night before to my hotel and provided a special blend for performance. The next day I rode I had so much energy and power- I could just keep going and going without muscle fatigue! My husband said I rode better then I had in 10 years. Been there once before and customer service was way nicer. Now looks like girls there lazy to work. Called 2 days in row to book an appointment and girls from IV department told me they closing early on both days, also do not have available spots. I live close by, so I drove there to check, the place were empty. I was planing to be a regular client there, I do sports, I need Recovery IVs but they lost me at their custumer service ♀️

What is the point of having an online booking site, receiving a confirmation, and then calling after your appointment was supposed to begin to inquire where the nurse was to be told that they never received the appointment? Poor customer service. If you can’t manage appointments, you can’t manage IV therapy. Stay away from this company!
