Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismThis is a cautionary tale to those early in a pregnancy! Customer service and transparency could definitely be improved upon.My husband booked me a massage as a gift and when I showed up I noticed on the intake form that if you are under 14 weeks pregnant they cannot give you a massage. I immediately notified the front desk as this was not stated on the website in the spa policies. I was completely unaware that massages were prohibited as my doctor gave me the go ahead weeks earlier in the pregnancy.The spa insisted on charging us for the full service even though they refused it. They told me it was my husbands fault for not mentioning the pregnancy when he made the appointment. The cancellation policy states that no-shows and cancellations are subject to a charge, however this was a cancellation due to an unknown spa policy so seems completely unreasonable. I recommend that management considers clearly stating this in their policies to avoid unnecessary charges and wasting the time of their clients.This is a cautionary tale to those early in a pregnancy! Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityGreat experience, great atmosphere and great staff. You are definitely made to feel welcomed, relaxed and in good hands. I do not normally do spa-days or massages, but my wife and I both felt very relaxed after our sauna and massage treatments.

Josie took got me in the same day, and was very professional and such a sweet lady.She was so knowledgeable and very thorough with her services.
