Critical: ValueWhen I say I was in tears I am not kidding. I asked for a trim and she practically cut the whole thing off. I have really long hair and now it just reaches past my shoulders. I asked for curtain bangs and she gave me Dora bangs. I am literally so upset due to the fact that I have trust issues with who cuts my hair. this lady is now another reason I don’t let people cut my hair. She cut more than what a trim is and when I looked at the end result some hairs were shorter than others. I can’t even pin my bangs due to how short she cut it. So, I had a layover for few hours at Vegas airport and all of sudden, decided to get my haircut, we called this salon and luckily they were accepting walk ins which is amazing because we all know how hard to get appointments on weekend especially. Doris virgen was my hair magician, I loved my hair cut and staff was really friendly and she offered me cake as well. I am glad that they were going out of their way for their customers!

My regular barber cancelled on me and I urgently needed a haircut. As I was driving by I saw this salon and decided to go inside. I was hesitant because of the negative reviews I had seen, and wow I was pleasantly surprised. The new owner, Laura, cut my hair and I loved It! Her attention to detail and careful customer service was impressive. They even offered me coffee, water bottles and some snacks! Thanks, Laura, I will be back! I recommend Doris in case Laura is not here. Thanks again, Laura!!!

I called in and asked a few questions and then I found myself at this salon in a few minutes. I talked to Laura Virgen, and she’s great! She helped me with my hair cut and help me decide the color I wanted. It wasn’t too pricey, matter of fact it was withing my budget and I love my new hair! I would recommend this place for the best hair care in Vegas. She was sweet and she understood me and what I wanted!! I’d come here again!
