Critical: QualityI was recommended by a friend because they give good service and haircuts. My friend said aside from a great haircut they always wash his hair afterwards and walks out nice and fresh. I went there a week later to get a men’s haircut and received the opposite. Maybe I did not see the same lady as she did because my hair cut was subpar and she did not wash my hair. There were 2 ladies in there. When you walk in there is one to the right and one straight ahead. There were people waiting for the lady to the right and I figured they would both be the same. I went to the one in front and it wasn’t great. I will probably never return for that lesson cost me $15. I was recommended by a friend because they give good service and haircuts. My friend said aside from a great haircut they always wash his hair afterwards and walks out nice and fresh. Licha and her sister are outstanding! I’ve been seeing her for years now and have never been disappointed! Show Licha a photo and she knows the cut you need to achieve the look! My 17 year old daughter saw her for the first time recently, was a little anxious going in, and so so happy when we left! Teenager approved , hahahaha!

(Got a haircut june 8th)Im not one to argue with anyone so i just let this go and left without saying anything because the women who cut my hair seemed pretty sure my hair was even when it wasnt. I had fairly long hair and got a short bob, and she also said im going to blow dry ur hair to see my work (ps my hair is super straight i do not straighten it )…. my left side was longer than the right when she finished i looked for a minute and she could clearly see i was looking at the lenght so she quickly said my left side looked longer because i had the ends with some bleached hair left so it looks uneven, i wasnt convinced 100% but i decided to ask my husband instead and he was like yea you can see its uneven!….i really didnt want to confront the lady cuz well im not that kind of a person i mean its hair it will grow back and since she couldn’t see it was uneven i didnt want her touching it again and mayb cut it worse out of spite, But it just bugs me that well she could tell and just chose to justify it instead of wait let me see 1 more time. Plus aside from charging me 30 bucks for the cut she said she charged me only 5 bucks for straightening my hair!!! Im like ummmmm ooookk.( But my hair is already straight and she said it was to see her work! I didnt ask for it!!!) But once again i hate confrontation soo whatever i just dont plan on going their again. I went to someone else and they said you can clearly see it was longer on one side, fixed it and said not to pay her because the other lady charged me enough for a fairly simple haircut.
