I got a spa pedicure here and I am very happy with the job they did. Kathy did my pedicure. She was very nice, she did a great job. The place itself is clean and well-maintained. It’s not in the best neighborhood, but I was there at about 9:30 in the morning and I felt safe enough. The only thing that I did not like is that I was quoted $50 for the spa pedicure but when I went to pay I was informed that it was another $10 for the gel nail polish and another five dollars for some other service. The hidden charges after the fact felt very sneaky and I didn’t appreciate that it was not told to me upfront. I would have been perfectly happy paying the extra price for this and that, but the way it was done did not sit well with me. I’m going to go back, I’m very happy with the service, I just thought it was bad business the way they slipped extra charges in without letting me know beforehand. I would suggest asking for a full final price before you get anything done, who knows what other charges may be applied otherwise.

Brain you are such a hard working person words can’t express how I feel to know that you are the Boss of Liberty Nails and Spa. I knew u were going to own a Nail spot someday but I didn’t imagine it this huge, so clean and beautiful. Am so proud if you. For the 6yrs plus that you have been doing my nails, you never disappoint. I always go home satisfied. Am so proud of you becoming your own Boss. Kudos.

Update: I’ve changed my review from 3 stars to 1. Extremely poor quality nails. I made an appointment last Thursday for a gel fill and polish change. I explained I was going away on vacation for a long time and wouldn’t be back for a while and needed the nails to last. Instead she only did one layer of nail polish and it’s Monday only 4 days later and my nails are completely faded, chipped, and look horrible. I wish I could add a pic so you could see how bad they look.

I love this place. When I first moved to Liberty I was worried I would never find a decent nail salon until I met Brian and his amazing staff. Tom is my nail tech and I NEVER have left his chair unhappy. They talk to you and remember your name. I would refer any of my friends and family to this salon. Its clean, and professional! Thanks for great service!

I only got one pedicure there because honestly, my opinion is that they are way too pricey. Got my nails done twice there and the first time Brian did them and he did an amazing job on my coffin full set. Too pricey. The second time it was a different guy. He did a beautiful job on my nails but towards the end he rushed due to the fact that there was a customer waiting on him. At the end he literally rushed me out of the chair while my nails were drying and was not very nice about it. He was a bit rude, I had to bring it to his attention that he was being rude to me and that I didn’t appreciate him treating me that way after I just spent $100. So I chose not to tip him anything and that is so unlike me. I won’t go back. They do great on nails but are too expensive. I get the same quality work on my nails for half the price at the nail place in Liberty in the plaza across the street from the Pizza Hut.

This is the best place in Sullivan county to get your nails done! The shop is clean and the staff is wonderful! Especially Andy !!! I have been using Andy for years and he is always great ! He is professional polite and he does a great job !

My wife’s nails got done about 2 years ago and they were TERRIBLE, looked NOTHING like the picture she had asked for and fell off in two days after she paid $120 for herself to get a pedicure and a full set of acrylics, and my then 4 year old daughter to get her nails painted. She had tried to go back about 3 months ago bevause she thought it was just the person doing a bad job. So she had gone to a different lady this time around. They were alittle better. But still not up to par. And also fell off in less than a week. I wouldn’t recommend going here. She only came here when she couldn’t get in with her normal woman named Kathleen (best around sullivan county) and she won’t be going back.

My gel Mani Pedi was awesome and still going strong! My daughter got a french gel Mani Pedi and it came off the next day. Clean place and polite staff.
