My manicure and pedicure were rushed. I didn’t get to enjoy any of the treatments described. There were nails that has bits of loose cuticle still remaining. The technician was polite however I didn’t like that my service was as rushed as it was.

my nails turned out wonderful but unfortunately i am a clumsy person and i accidentally messed up my left thumb and my right index finger. the lady wanted to ask like it was a huge deal and continue to talk about it and me in another language to her colleagues. my hand is in her hand and she is speaking to these people, gesturing to me and my hands in a language i don’t even understand. am i the only person who finds that very rude?
