I could’ve done a better job myself. I was in and out the door within a hour. Totally un heard of for 2 services costing over $100. Only used electric tool for pedicure no implements at all. I get my feet and nails done regularly. Never been so dissatisfied. My girl at Spa 1 is on vacation. I have a wedding g to go to. Shame on you to offer such poor service. My nails are not buffed smoothly at all. No pampering here! Strictly dollar bills y’all. No customer satisfaction.

I was there when they opened. They rushed my nails, left acrylic on all of my cuticles. Horrible pedicure. My son got manicure and pedicure and it was terrible! She left dirt under his nails and told him that looks good. His polish came off the next day. I’m still trying to get gel off my cuticles without ripping my skin! They just rushed and g!ve poor quality service I spent a lot of money here for such a horrible job.

I have been going to this salon for a whole but the last time I went there , I swore never to set foot there again. I asked one of the ladies to take off my old nails and just put on another nail polish but for some reason, after taking off the old polish which she did poorly, she left me and went on to another customer. When I asked her why she wouldn’t finish my nails, they started talking to each other with their language. I waited for a while and left for another salon and they didn’t care. I will never recommend them to anybody.

Please do not waste your time or money. I asked for the 40 dollar pedicure with callous remover and my feet looked just as bad as when I came in. It took 15 minutes max and they kept trying to upset me. Run. Do not come. Go to Helen’s spa in Pikesville. They are amazing Pedicure
