Horrible customer service, they don’t know how to keep track of their walk ins and appts. Waited for a pedicure and should have been almost helped but other walk ins came in and if they know them they’ll help them instead.

Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI was planning to come in and get a full set of acrylics so I called and asked how much the price would cost, I was told $28 and when it was time to pay it was $50!!! The whole process was uncomfortable and I was not satisfied with the outcome. They were crooked, lumpy and not an even shape. I have very small hands so I can understand the struggle but they were rough with the filing process as well. I was planning to come in and get a full set of acrylics so I called and asked how much the price would cost, I was told $28 and when it was time to pay it was $50!!! Horrible place. The lady was screaming at my daughter whos 8 years old because she didn’t want to choose her color options which was green and blue. When my daughter had ask her for a pink glitter color. She even made her cry! We ended up walking out and went to Natural nails and spa were she was treated with kindness and respect that everyone deserves. So disappointed because Charlie was my favorite and i would go with them every month.

they are the worst customer service nail place ever I usually go here and they’ve been cool other times and they definitely do Quick Service on a full set of nails and they don’t fall off. But they are always way too thick and even apply the gel polish too thick even if you tell them not to they still do many times when I have shown them pictures of what I want they say they do not do that or cannot do that. I went in for a fill and to fix 2 nails, I called about an hour before they close just to make sure that it was cool to still go, they said absolutely and when I got there they were packed with people I knew that my service would not take long at oh. They ripped me off and overcharged me. That is the last time I ever go there.!!!! I have always over tipped them $10 going to whoever did my acrylics and eight or nine dollars going to whoever did my pedicure so I know that I took care of them before and this time they freaking charge me $30 they are crazy for a damn f i l l and 2 broken nails. The quality that they give is awful and never what you want. Enter and go here at your own risk but don’t say I didn’t warn you

Not worth your time and money. Went in for a full set & pedicure and left disappointed. Pedicure experience was nice but I could have done it myself and gotten the same results. So the older man who did my set did not care to pay attention to details. All of my nails look different from the other My first & last time coming here, never again.
