Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy first time in this shop it was great but the last two visits was unprofessional. For me to express a error or request and Krissy to say don’t look for me to do your nails again. I asked Johnny to do my nails not Krissy (because the last time She rushed her work. Just like this time.) Johnny told me to go to her chair. I’m a very nice person preparing for a funeral and has been up most of the night to be treated like that. I wasn’t rude or nasty. I waited my turn.I will not be back. And I will never recommend anyone else to this nail shop.To be going there since last April and be treated that way was horrible. And all Johnny said was thats the best we can do. I love Liberty Nails, especially Christie wit her crazy self! She makes going to the nail shop fun. However, I gave a rating of 4 due to the fact that I get a gel wrap on my own nails but I never her a manicure to remove the excess cuticle and skin around the nail. Otherwise, show up before 9 (when they open) and you’ll be out within an hour due to their system of rotating customers
