This place is lovely! Michele did a great job taking extra care getting off my horrendous dip powder and applying a fresh gel– French manicure. Very cute place and super clean. She was very knowledgeable and had great suggestions. I am staying at a hotel nearby and glad I chose to go to her instead of some of the other salons in the area.

Critical: ProfessionalismMichelle did a good job on my nails. However, I will never return to the salon since I was treated like dirt. After she snatched my phone from my hands I was starting to believe that she was man-handling me because I was a brown-skinned girl. She was very rough cleaning my cuticles and did not even allow me to dry my pedicure she sprayed it and rushed me out the door. But when it came time to pay she finally introduced herself and smiled. Michelle’s work was okay without surprise but have to mention for same cost most other places offer shoulder massage / hot towel hand massage etc. but here is nothing. What really strikes me was that cuz I only have a credit card in my pocket as I rushed out of door to make it on time for my appointment so I cannot tip her in cash. I said sorry I can Zelle you but she literally demanded me to pay 7 bucks for tips in order to cover her whatever machine side fee. I was extremely embarrassed and did it but feeling so uncomfortably. Since when tips are demanded and customers are ‘forced’ to tip extra?
