I understand appointments and everything but I’ve been told that they were booked several times even when the barbers are chilling but not fair for me to assume. So my last and final time there I tried walking in, was told they were booked. Got curious since, again, workers were just chilling, so I see if I could actually book an appointment and would you believe it, I was able to schedule an appointment, literally 5 minutes from when I just was told they were booked! Seems a little fishy, I’ve come to the conclusion that they just don’t like me personally which is fine. I’m sure not everyone’s experience but that’s my $0.02.

I was a regular customer never had a issue until today. I booked a appointment for a SKIN FADE like usual. I get there I’m asked what number on the side. I said idk a 4/5. So at the end no skin fade if I want one I have to pay for 2 haircuts. Why would there be an option for a skin fade when making a appointment? Should of asked me what kind of skin fade or what I wanted, not what number on the sides. This regular haircut still took 45 minutes because carly was on her phone for 10 mins.

Only query an appointment. Walked in on the barber watching tv, couldn’t cut my hair because appt was 10 minutes out. Customer service seems to be a thing of the past. Even if i had an appt, i would wait a few minutes if they were running behind. Times at different.

Ive been coming to this place for the past 5 years and have never left disappointed. Everyone here is really nice and make me feel appreciated! Carly especially is amazing!!! Their new shop is really nice too, it’s a lot bigger and real nice on the inside. My favorite thing here is the shampoo and scalp massage they also put a hot towel over your face while they do it which is a great end to an already great haircut!
