Jennifer is AMAZING and attentive. I’ve been going to nail salons for several years and previously I thought I had 2 favorites/ fall backs but I’ve found the diamond in the rough. My most recent visit convinced me…I struggle with my skin horribly peeling anytime a drill is used close to my cuticles. I’ve known this for quite some time but am working on a solution before saying bye bye to beautiful nail options. Anywho, I expressed to Jennifer how badly it peeled after my overlay and I didn’t want to redo the overlay but just allow it to grow out. She was so understanding and respectful of my wishes. There was no pressure, she didn’t try to convince me try it again. I requested a simple manicure and polish. My hands look flawless. The young lady she has doing pedicures has some spectacular hands .
