Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueTo say the service here is deplorable is an understatement. I contacted the owner a week before my appointment to change my services and she changed my appointment to someone who is not experienced in Gel Reconstructor removal. When I came in to my appointment today the tech burned my nails and surrounding skin while trying to remove the Gel Reconstructor. She damaged my nails completely in the process. They are now swollen, red, and painful from my irritated nail beds. The tech made a comment about how my nails did not look right and the owner came over to say they looked fine. The tech painted my nails and since they were damaged and still had Gel Reconstructor underneath the polish looked disgusting. I do not blame the tech, as she was not trained and was simply doing her best. It is the owners behavior I am disappointed by. She knew this tech did not have experience in this department yet still scheduled me with her. I was there for 2.5 hours today just for my hands. I had my toes scheduled but couldn’t stand being there any longer. I cancelled all my outstanding appointments and will not be coming back. I have been a client for years but have recently felt extremely disrespected. To say the service here is deplorable is an understatement. I contacted the owner a week before my appointment to change my services and she changed my appointment to someone who is not experienced in Gel Reconstructor removal. When I came in to my appointment today the tech burned my nails and surrounding skin while trying to remove the Gel Reconstructor. She damaged my nails completely in the process.
