I called to make an appointment to get my nails done. It took one month to get in. I wrote down my appointment and put it in my calendar on my phone. After driving 16 miles one way I was told that I did not have an appointment and was not anywhere in their system. I was told the nail tech would call me after she was done with her other client. Never recieved a call. Just pushed out the door and no call back. Very unprofessional for a salon.
