Massage was good the reason I’m leaving a one star review is for the customer service.The lady said she couldn’t service us at first since they were busy . I purchased a couples massage for mother’s day and was told we can come back whenever. Once there we were told to come back another day. I asked for my money back and they denied me saying the owner is in Seattle and they couldn’t refund me. Eventually we got our massages which like I said where fine. The lady demanded a tip, which I found odd so I gave her the only cash money I had was 5 dollars. She took the money and demanded more. We told her we didn’t have any cash so she showed us the credit card machine.she said she wanted a tip since “they had to turn away customers to give us a couples massage” I reminded her that I too was a customer. It made the environment really awkward and made me mad. We went to Denny’s afterwards and had exceptional service. We left a nice tip on the card.
