I went about 4 days ago. It took the lady Sally about an hour and 45 minutes to do acrylic nails. She made one nail longer than all the other ones and had to get them Filed down and when I when in to do so a different man called another nail tech over to look at my nails like they looked bad. The first day I had them they looked grown out and I have a feeling the guy knew they looked bad and didn’t want to do anything about it. I am very disappointed and will never go back.

I’ve always had a great experience here. I love my nails every time I leave this place and never have any complaints! I very highly recommend this place as a great place to go and relax and get your nails done. I am a VERY PICKY person when it comes to my nails and I actually think that they do a phenomenal job! Not only are they super fast, but they actually do a damn good job at the same time! The workers are really friendly and will pursue a conversation with you if you seem like you would like to converse, but they can also sense when you just want to sit there and get your nails done in peace and I really like that about them. Sometimes I just want to get my nails done and check up on my emails or something and not have to worry about being rude to my nail technician! I can definitely do that here.

My nails did not look how was expected. I stated I was unhappy with the glitter application and the reaction from the lady (who was not working on me) was unprofessional. The gentleman who was working on me was much more calm. She was behaving this way because of close time. I was disappointed in how I was treated because of voicing being unsatisfied with the color application. They suggested I come back the next day however there’s no way I would ever want to go back to this location due to the unprofessional reaction.

I took my 2 girls. It was reasonably priced, clean. Everyone was super nice and does quality work. Lots of colors to choose from. The pedicure massage chairs actually worked and gave me the best massage.
