Terrible. They cut my feet up. I was bleeding and hurt when l left. Lady was new and shouldn’t handle equipment if she can’t use it. I asked for a new lady and they wouldn’t switch. I paid 105 dollars to walk out bleeding and bruised bc the back massager was so hard my back is literally blue. CRAZY! DO NOT RECOMMEND. Pedicure

I am in town for business and decided to go to a place near my hotel to get my nails done. I arrived 45 minutes before they closed (plenty of time for a dip manicure) but the woman was clearly unhappy with me for making her stay. She made comments about wanting to go home and was rushing through the whole thing. When it was over, I had polish all over my fingers. I could’ve done a better job myself. She had her coat on before my nails were even dry…ready to walk out the door. Certainly not worth the price. I wouldn’t recommend.

I am so picky about nails salons so it was nice this one was so close. The staff is nice and accommodating. I wish they would let you soak off your previous dip or gel instead they wrap your nails and drill rewrap and drill some more until everything is off. This is problematic when you already have a thin nail plate such as myself. They have plenty of color options for both dip powder and gel, I get powder on my hands and gel on my feet. They do not use a new nail file, buffer and pumice bar with each customer. I know its costly however it’s more sanitary as well I took off a star for that. The cuticle work is awful, she used the e-file with probably the wrong bit however she would shred them every time, took a star off. I’ll try everything once maybe twice if something went wrong the first time, won’t be back.

First of all… if you get it wrong the first time you don’t blame the customer and say “it was a lesson for you to learn” 2nd you don’t charge more than half of what you charged the 1st time the after the customer comes back because you messed up in 1st place. I don’t recommend this place. I know a lot of people on here do but in my own personal experience it was horrible & now I have to go somewhere else because she done messed up my nails twice!

I like getting my nails done with powder acrylic, but there was only about 10 options, so I picked one I’m not super in love with. Plus I left with at least 3 cuts from the drill (you can see one starting to scab on my ring finger). Also, when I asked for coffin shape, she somewhat rudely informed me that if I want coffin, I’ll pay more. I’ve never been anywhere that doesn’t let you choose a shape when you’re getting a full set. Won’t be back.

Lady who did my feet did a good job… guy who did my nails did a sloppy job. Had to stop him before he put paint on my nails and ask him to file them correctly because the acrylic was literally wrapped all around my finger skin on every nail!??? Like I don’t even know how to explain that correctly but it was insane. Left paint on my skin and put the acrylic down past my cuticles I’m sitting here days later still peeling acrylic off where it’s not supposed to be and my fingers are sooo itchy OMG saddest part they got almost 200 dollars from me also I was the only customer there so doesn’t have to do with being busy just lazy/sloppy/poor talent

Tips that were put on way too big. They make my fingers look big. I got gel polish left and realized she smeared a nail. Went back and he had to re polush my nails after paying $70 for my service i have to go have these soaked off and redone. The nails are bigger then my finger. The older lady is too old to be working there. Bad bad job!!
