Highly recommended this place! Been going to this nail salon for years now and always leave this place with satisfaction how my nails turn out each time. Amazing place for a quick 10 – 30 min back back or foot massage as well. Price is reasonable for gel pedi + medi $80 and lasted more then 3 weeks or more. Amazing job and make your appointment today

Awful experience. I got powder nails for $60. These cracked within one day and chipped within two of service. The nail technician injured two different fingers with a nail file (one seen in the photo). There were a lot of return customers, some people seem to enjoy this place, and the nail technicians were friendly. However, my experience was uncomfortable. I left with bloody fingers and an expensive powder manicure that didn’t even last a day.

I’ve been here 2x since COVID. Place practices all safety precautions, social distancing, masks, gloves, shields. Dyson filter fan running.. Have done a great job with pedicures. Very attentive. If polish smudges. they fix it. Women are really nice. They remembered me and my friend after just one time visiting. Great color selection. Pay in cash for discount.

Great experience. The nail tech took her time doing my gel manicure. Did a great job with cuticles and gave a great massage. The place was super clean and sanitary.

I come here bc it’s convenient not bc it’s good. Every time I leave I have to fix my manicure and file my nails bc they don’t smooth them out. Today I went again bc it’s convenient. Did a mani pedi, I really don’t like their pedis but I have a wedding and no time to go to the spot that I like. I paid and tipped $5 the pedi took 15 minutes tops, and I know what I’m getting. When I tipped her she called another employee and they asked me

Critical: ProfessionalismThis is my 3rd time patronizing this establishment. The first time rubed me wrong way because my cuticles were very sore and I felt like nail tech was rude. I cwent back because its convenient very close to my school. Upon arrival I was ignored. I sat down no one even looked at me. I went to the nail tech that usually do my nails and asked her if I can soak off my sns powder. She fan me off and told me to pick color. I chose a color and sat for 30 mins. I observed every other customer was greeted and attended to promptly. Finally, I asked someone else to soak while I wait. While tech was doing my nail she seemed irritated. After my nails where done I paid $45. And gave a $2 tip. My nail tech was already doing someone else nails, another tech asked me to give more tip. That was all the cash I had, I told her and she kept insisting until I went in my emergency change purse and gave another $2. I fight depression and anxiety, I am a mother of 2 and a student. I just left school after taking a final. I was not expecting that extra stress. I fought back tears after being humiliated. I wasn’t greated and I did not get massage like other customers and was bullied. My nails look beautiful though.Service: Dip powderThis is my 3rd time patronizing this establishment. Tony was awesome! Meticulous in cleaning my nails (and in general). I also appreciate that he was clear with pricing which is not always the case in some salons. Also, my nails look nice 🙂 I am not sure why they don’t get enough good ratings cause my experience was great!

I was a customer at Li Blue for over 5 years. I had some amazing experiences with two of the nail techs there but I feel like over those years, I forgave a lot of poor customer service and a not-so-relaxing ambiance. Whether it was being told the wait is 15 minutes and proceeding to wait 30-45 minutes to be served even after calling ahead of time, Multiple bloody cuticles, people not wearing masks when they were mandated, or people talking loudly on the phone, it was never as “relaxing” as a nail salon should feel. Squeezing every possible customer in the door even if it means lying to us about wait time. This also just makes the customer feel rushed and not relaxed. I switched over to Kawaii on Jackson, and I can honestly say I’ll never go back to Li Blue, after the amazing service and ambiance there.

Critical: Punctuality, ValueI walked in after calling and being told I was fine to come in. I sat for 30 minutes soaking which is unnecessary but they did that because they had no space. Literally 3 people during my 2 hours there had problems between waiting and not listening to what they asked for. They hassled a girl for a better tip which was so bizarre. At the end, my tech got up to work on someone else. I was just sitting there until I finally got up and insisted I needed to pay because I was there for 2 hours and had to leave and they kept telling me to sit and dry. It was gel, they don’t need normal polish drying time, i have been doing gel for years. My nails are fine, not great. I wouldn’t come back.Service: Gel manicuresI walked in after calling and being told I was fine to come in. Critical: Cleanliness, QualityI usually go to different place in LIC, but I wanted to give it a try and that turned out to be my worst nightmare! I went there 5 times doing my mani and pedicure starting from end of June through mid September. Last time I went there and that really turned me down completely. I saw they are treating a person next to me with FOOT FUNGUS using files that looks never sanitized and clean. Guess what, I went to different place and noticed my big toe is somehow infected. I was super nervous about this and my podiatrist told me it was from using infected or uncleaned pedicure procedure. Seriously, they need to shut down the business. This is not acceptable and I’m so disgusted. Never again using this dirty nail salon ever.I usually go to different place in LIC, but I wanted to give it a try and that turned out to be my worst nightmare!
