I had such a wonderful experience at this salon! I got a new acrylic set and they’re fabulous. Time was taken to discuss what a flattering nail shape would be, what my preferences were, etc. Not only am I pleased with the nails, the customer service was great too! I felt welcomed and relaxed! I will DEFINITELY be back. (Can’t wait to get a pedicure here too!)

I am from out of state, so when my friend suggested we come here I did what everyone does and that is read the reviews. I almost didn’t come because some of the reviews. I got in the shop and sat quiet just observing. When I got in the chair and had already picked my color the lady suggested I look through their new line of colors before I made my final suggestion. I am grateful she did because I found the perfect color. They all held friendly conversation and the massage was the best. I definitely recommend!!!

I have been coming here since about two years. And all over the sudden their behavior have changed. I have tried 5 times to come and do my pedicure here cause I thought they were friendly, but I was wrong. I came in early today cause I wanted to see if they was going to tell me the same thing, about they are too busy, waiting for appointment only. Mind you I was there before 9:40am in the morning to get a spot. I called them right after I left just to ask about what the lady had said to me cause I did not understand why the lady told me that they don’t have a spot and waiting for appointment ONLY. I just stood there just looking around and look at the time Like What!!. So she told to come back. I don’t know what I did to get this treatment from them but I will report them to better business bureau. That is exactly what I did. Call them to have a young lady to tell me that I m being rude and don’t let her talk. To simply asking if they don’t have or accept appointments Why did the lady inside said it to me. She told me not to come back here and whatever else she said. I just wanted to find out why she told me that.

They are racists and give different prices to different people. I witnessed a worker telling black customers they were closed for a prom party but it was past graduation time, I have been charged different prices for the same exact service and when I paid for a deluxe pedicure I didn’t get the paraffin wax or hot towels. I will NEVER come back to this place!!!!!

Worst pedicure I’ve ever got. I now have uneven looking nails on both feet. Nails were not trimmed appropriately and when I tried to make a comment, the lady was so aggressive telling me that she is the one who understands what to do not me! My toe was about to bleed due to her aggressive clipping. I was charged for a full pedicure service although no nail polish was applied and no nails were appropriately trimmed.

Save your money. Rude and they rush you through your mani and pedi. 30 minutes. Awful. I charged mine and tried to get a refund but couldn’t. I read what the own said and it’s all a lie. Her daughter lied to her mom. I have got many of my friends to not go there anymore. I’m done Manicure
