AWFUL customer service! I was trying to schedule and have my first appt. From the very first unreturned phone call 4 days prior all the way to not answering the door on the day of appt. After calling to let her know that we were at the door and had rang the bell and knocked several times she finally unlocks the door but doesn’t open it. After waiting, I opened the door. Totally taken off guard because she was standing across the room away from the door. Told us to sit down and disappeared through the door to another room. WE WAITED AND WAITED. She NEVER came back to say anything. We left WITHOUT receiving any any services and I had to scramble and find someone else and schedule to get my daughter box braids.

She does excellent work. She is very friendly and professional. I had a very different request and everyone I contacted said they couldn’t do it. I contacted her explained the situation and she sure . Her braiding is impeccable I have gone to multiple times and she continues to impress me. I would recommend her to anyone that desire quality and she is reasonable. Definitely 2 thumbs up.

First of all my appointment was at 9:30 they did get to the shop until 9:45. I took both of my girls to get there hair braided. It took them forever to get done. I am still waiting on them to finish, it’s 5:00 and still have some ways to go. One lady left in the middle of braiding my daughter hair for an hour. If you have time to waste then this is the place for you to come.

Wouldn’t recommend! They do not listen when you tell them that they are braiding your hair to tight. They kept saying o we have to braid this tight for them to last. From experience no you don’t! I keep telling them and the won’t listen can you imagine having to take pain meds every 4 hours just to get relief. I will never go back!
