In the past I have had ok experiences here. A week ago I got a no chip manicure and normal pedicure that I hoped would last me through weddings that weekend and the next. My nails looked a bit sloppy afterwards, but I am not that picky so didn’t care too much. What I was upset about was that my nails chipped 2 days after the manicure! I live in the city and just got this manicure visiting family so it was not in the cards to go back to get this fixed. One day after this (3 days post “no chip” manicure) 2 more of my nails chipped. This was not caused by doing anything intense or that would cause my nails to chip. This week (1 week post manicure) a nail has already peeled off and my pedicure is falling off as well. Pedicures usually last me a month! Like I said I am not a picky person or one to write negative reviews but I am pretty upset and frustrated that I spent money here for such terrible results.

Was not happy at all with acrylic nails. Lady didn’t make an effort or take the time to file and shape nicely. I showed her a picture of how I want it them (almond shape) they look square. Was not happy with the color either. I let her know I wasn’t happy. Very disappointed as a first time customer. Will not be going back. Here’s a picture of what I asked for and what I got.

do not come to this place if you want anything other than polish everywhere. i got put to three different people to get a simple purple french tip. it was $75 for a simple nail design and you get charged for everything. my nails don’t even look good either. Acrylic nails

I’ve been coming here for a while. I always use a girl named Tracy and boy did I learn my lesson today when I used someone else. The reason for me coming to get my nails done is to get my ingrown nails kept up so they don’t get bad as well as cuticles cut and toes manicured…that is the point more than the color in my opinion….. Well she did it so fast not sure she even took care of it. I don’t have a lot of time to do nails so I only get pedicures when I can and I feel like I could come back tomorrow and get it re done bc this was pointless. Idk her name but here is a photo of her. I had an appt and this other women came and she started working on her as well and rushing mine. Very upset and would like a free pedicure to actually get done what I came for but doubt that will happen. I’m a regular customer so it’s important to me to be treated well if I’m going to continue to return.

Had been going here for years until recently. Brought 5 of us in to get our nails done, one of my kids knicked her nail, when I asked if they would touch it up the tech was incredibly rude. Refused to tell us where she put the polish after she used it. Had 3 other techs trying to find the polish with us. Her only response was “this why you do no chip”. Well sorry, this is why I go somewhere else now. The techs name, or so she says, is Theresa. For the amount of money I spent that day we deserve better customer service. No regrets in switching salons, treated much better and they don’t rush you!

I typically don’t have any issues with this place, and everyone is usually very nice, but my most recent appointment was a little unpleasant. My manicurist cut my cuticles so far back that 6 of my fingers were bleeding. He didn’t really do anything about it, didn’t say a word either, and kept rubbing at spots he’d cut whenever he got polish on the sides of my nails. He was also handling this without gloves, which makes me a little uncomfortable when I have an open cut. They still were a little sore two hours after getting home.
