Loved the service, really clean, polite and hardworking employees. I really appreciate that they take the pandemic seriously as well. Everyone, including guests were masked the entire time. Protective shields are between you and the employees. They even have a virtual thermometer to make sure people aren’t coming in sick. My daughter and I had a wonderful time… First pedicure in over a year and 100% worth it.

I’ll start by saying on the day I got there, it was the day of my prom and I had to wait 1-2 hours. But that’s not even my main problem. I asked for some pink almond French tips, something very basic and was told by the person attending to me that was their “French tip specialist.” I noticed at first that when I sat, my cuticles weren’t done or attended to. They went straight into applying the acrylic (I understand that they were busy and needed to attend to others) but that was rushed too. When she was done my nails looked like fat beads on my fingers, they had no shape. And the design she did looked nothing like the photo. Fast forward 2 days and my pinky finger popped off and the nails were already lifting. 5 days later, my pointer finger was hanging on by a thread. Not even two weeks later I took them off (properly). My nails were destroyed, white spots all over my nails, brittle nails, and permanent lines were the acrylics were placed. To be honest, when I went there I had been growing my nails out for weeks and they were super healthy. But now they’re ruined. Also, the station wasn’t cleaned after the last customer (but I get that they were busy). However, I do give them props for offering my sister and I drinks. My older sister also experienced severe nail damage and I’m pretty sure their acrylic has MMA in it (which is toxic). The man that was up at the front welcoming customers was also really dope. He was very nice and treated everyone kindly. Currently, I’m learning how to do my nails myself now, because I’m never going back to another nail salon (my first experience was my last one).

I went in the front Desk Manager (Male) was very rude. I watched them All entertain and have pleasant attitudes towards the White customers. I watched the interactions with the African American Customers, and the Hispanic customers. They were very rude to them never offered them anything to drink they even lied to them about the services that they provided because they did not want to do what they wanted. I have been to this Nail Spa before and had a bad experience. So I should not have went back. I tried to give them a second chance. I went in the front Desk Manager (Male) was very rude. I watched them All entertain and have pleasant attitudes towards the White customers. I watched the interactions with the African American Customers, and the Hispanic customers. But at Leyna’s I’m never disappointed with my services when I leave. They keep the place clean and it’s so peaceful. Ever since Covid, pricing has skyrocketed everywhere.
