I am so disappointed with the changes in this place. The employees are all new and their work is horrible. I had to ask for my nails to be filed after being cut, they were about to leave them as is. They didn’t put top coat, I had to ask for it, they put 4 layers for nail polish which meant that it never dried and was ruined. The quality is not there, changing the staff was a financial suicide. I am never going back!

It literally took over a year to get a Saturday appointment here which is the only reason they are getting 4 stars. I can totally see why they are so busy though, they do an amazing job! My boyfriend and I got pedicures here and we both had a wonderful time. So relaxing, welcoming and comfortable. They had good music too. We would highly recommend this spa if you are lucky enough to get an appointment!

I have gone here for years and don’t plan on stopping! The employees are all very professional and are like family to us. Their salon is clean, professional, and has a nice atmosphere. I am also a person who is very sensitive to chemicals/strong scents and have a problem at most salons but Lexys has never bothered me.

I had a great experience here. It was my first visit. I did make an appointment beforehand because they couldn’t work me in. Both ladies I spoke to were very nice. My nails look great so I made an appointment two weeks from now to get them done again!

Just moved to the area wanted to get my nails done for my birthday. Googled nails near me and Levy’s came up closest. Got there 1hr 15 before they closed the door was open asked to get a full set. Was told they are not taking any new clients and were closing early. They lost a loyal cash paying client who would have brought additional new clients. Not a great way to be welcomed to the area.

Amazing! I’m very specific about my nails & need them to be perfect, that’s why I did them myself for 8 years. But this place continues to deliver an excellent result AND they’re friendly. Appointments are highly recommended!

I have been going there for a few months and I am disappointed with the staff as they don’t seem like my business is important to them. I don’t like sitting there and hearing customers leave messages and there phone numbers as this should be private. I like pink and white done and the polish turns grey and peels off and Tina keeps telling me it is my fault as I must have my hands in something? I have told her no and don’t feel she believes me! I left a message that this has happened again and would need to find a new place and no return call? I clearly don’t matter to them.

Yes they are a very busy salon but it’s for a reason!! They are amazing at what they do! I have been going here for ten years and even after I moved from Tumwater I still return when I can get an appointment!
