After waiting 20 minutes for eyebrows to be waxed an older lady comes in and tells me to wait 1 more week and come back!! I stated I had a wedding to go to and wanted them waxed. ( I have not had them done for 2 months so they needed done ) Number 1: it’s my money if I want to spend it. Number 2. Don’t make me wait 20 minutes to tell me your not going to do the service I asked for! Even if I have only 1 hair that needed waxed, your not my mother and if I wanted it done, I want it done!!

Critical: Professionalism, ValueI have been going to this salon for years & it used to be great but is no longer even good. Most of the staff has left & service is failing. My last appointment the tech was very rude, something I had never experienced here before. Today my tech was on her 2nd day on the job & obviously nobody had trained her. She was very nice, but completely lost with no knowledge on how todo a gel manicure or work the led lights. Unfortunately, even though Diane saw her struggle, she was too busy playing on her phone to offer assistance. I have been going to this salon for years & it used to be great but is no longer even good. Most of the staff has left & service is failing. My last appointment the tech was very rude, something I had never experienced here before. Today my tech was on her 2nd day on the job & obviously nobody had trained her. First time coming to this place for homecoming nails. I was disappointed. They rushed through mine and some nails were uneven. Also my friend all they did was glue the nails on and left her for another person for like a half hour and then started working on hers. Also the people working were rude and had an attitude and were rough with both me and my friends hands/fingers.

Unfortunately first time using this nail salon. My daughter went in yesterday to get her nails filled and done for prom. Waited over an hour to be seen and then to end up with a rushed and sloppy job. I went in today to have them look at the job they did. They offered to re-do them and fixed them up. I dropped her off Unfortunately still a bad job with lint stuck on my daughter’s nails and the staff constantly complaining about the fact that I was unhappy with the job. Very unprofessional staff, speaking another language front of someone that doesn’t understand, but to be talking about the paying customer that received a bad job in front of them while your working on their nails. Definitely will not recommend this salon.

I have been to several nail salons in the area and i would have to say that I love how long their polish lasts! I have had a few times where the acrylic is too thin causing them to break but when I went I to get it fixed i wasn’t charged to have the broken one fixed and she even fixed other nails that were too thin as well. I always get coffin shaped nails; sometimes they aren’t shaped the best, however kyle does an amazing job every time. I highly recommend requesting kyle if you go!

I had been going here for 7+ years, and now I can say I will never be going back. I have had a few issues here with in the last year but have kept giving them a second chance as i love the way Sam works and does his job. The owner on the other hand, Diane could care less about her customers let alone customer service. I had a apt and waited 20 minutes past the appointment time to be told oh SAM inst here. Diane did not ask if i wanted someone else to do my pedicure, i had to ask her to have someone else do it. The second time I called a week out to make a appointment with Sam and she told me she cant promise I will get Sam and that I will get whoever is available at that time. Remind you I make my appointments at 10am when they open. This last time I scheduled a appointment 2 weeks out with Same. I arrive at 10am when they open. 1030 rolls around and Sam still isn’t here, he finally shows up to ask me if i had a appointment and I said yes, he then said he tells them to not schedule him anything before 1030. I proceeded to tell Sam I made the appointment 2 weeks ago and his owner Diane took the call. This goes to show you that the Owner of this salon does not care about her customers let alone her employees. I hope Sam goes to a different salon as he is wonderful, but I will not be back and make sure I let a lot of people know to not go tot his salon.
