I have a usual place I go to, but couldn’t get in they were closed. I always get dip power and the end results were not good. I am not going back. My nails are bumpy, not smooth like they should be. It looks like a child did them. 3 different techs worked on my nails. Customer walks in on the phone, carrying on a conversation where everyone can hear and her little child is whinning and crying and she literally pays him no attention tells him to go sit down. Won’t be going back!

Wonderful pedicure service. The massage chairs are THE BEST. My toes look great and they gave my husband an extra long massage while they did my polish so our pedis ended at the same time.

The male nail tech refused to do my nails because I would not allow him to use a drill on the regular nail polish to take it off. It was not shellac. They should not use a drill to take polish off of natural nails. This type of cutting corners damages your nail beds. I got up and walked out. I will not allow someone do do something thing to me and then expect payment and a tip. Absolutely not!

Did a GREAT job on my nails but the aftermath was not worth it honestly. My nails were so damaged I have had them off for over 2 months now and have taken extremely good after care of them and they are still very fragile and breaking.

Critical: Communication, QualityIf I could do no stars I would. I told them several times I was in a slight rush and they continued to be EXTREMELY slow!! Took about 2 hours to fix one nail and have a filling. She messed up both my pinky nails. And I explained to her the shape I wanted for my nails and she did a whole different one.

Good work on my girls nails, but you are SO SLOW! OMG! If you’re a perfectionist, that’s fine, PRACTICE MORE! It shouldn’t take 90 mins to repair 1 broken nail!
