This was the worst nail salon i have ever been to. If you get regular acrylics do not come here. Every single nail salon i’ve been to uses UV light to prevent chipping and when i asked they were rude and said no. Within half an hour my acrylics have chipped, what did I pay $40 for. On top of that they tried to use any excuse to jack up the price on my nails saying because they are almond shaped the color costs more. Do not go here under any circumstance. I just wasted $40 and need to go get them done at a nail salon that is actually competent. Thank you Lexington Nails and Spa for washing my time and my money!

The tech didn’t speak a word to me, I had to communicate what I wanted through two other techs. She kept filling the nails uneven and resented being asked to fix it with profuse please and thank you’s to avoid offending her for doing a poor job. She raised her voice at me, rudely telling me to wash my hands, then got extremely rude when asked if uv light will be used and finally put oil on my cuticles- didn’t massage it in or wipe it and said you’re done. I said aren’t you going to wipe this? This is sheer rudeness and demeaning behavior and the manager supported her saying it’s a language barrier even though I saw her mocking me with the manager and being extremely sweet with everyone else. I felt discriminated against and will never return here.

Very unprofessional and waiste of time. It was one hour before they close and turned me away just for an acrylic refill said they wouldn’t have e time when there was only 1 customer in the salon who was finishing a top coat.

It was my 1st time going to Lexington nails and the customer service was amazing and they were very sweet and prompt.. I had seen a set of nails that was posted on their Google page so I asked for the same set and they came out amazing I couldn’t have asked for a better job. I will definitely be going back.

Excellent salon in beautiful, downtown Lexington off of Mass Avenue. Clean, upbeat salon who took me as a walk in. Loved my French gel pedicure. Around the corner is a frozen custard shop, restaurants, and Lexington Visitor Center. Nice afternoon!

Polish is ok but I need to cut my toe nails after my pedi yesterday. Not a good sign. Both heels feel rough; didn’t do a good job removing dead skin.. No leg massage either. Pedicure

Would give this place a 0 if there was the option. Kim was my nail tech and she was on the phone the entire time during my pedicure and manicure. She barged out the door in the middle of the manicure without any word. Another tech finished with me then. I had specifically mentioned I wanted the exact same color on my finger nails and toes but the color does not match. They are not cheap and for the price, I expected better service. Would not recommend.
