I love Lexington Aesthetics! Such a convenient and central location here in Lexington, super clean spa and friendly staff! I had the best facial with Tessa – already have facial #2 scheduled. She really took time to ask about my skin concerns and help me better understand how to treat them! I’ve also had a massage with Danielle, the most relaxing 60 minutes of my life, she took time to make sure I was comfortable and really help lift a lot of stress I carry – I’ll be back for monthly massages!! Highly highly recommend Lexington Aesthetics!!

Kristen was so, so sweet and gentle! She was extremely thorough and made sure I understood the science behind the treatments and what to expect! The girls at the front desk were so helpful and kind as well! The procedures themselves barely hurt at all! So if you’re afraid to take the leap, take it! It doesn’t hurt any worse than a tattoo or getting blood drawn, and the reward is so worth it! Kristen will tailor your treatment to ensure you get your desired look, but won’t push any procedures or products on you that you aren’t interested in or don’t feel you need. Trust me, you won’t regret going to LA!

I was promptly called back for my (first ever) filler appointment. Kristen is phenomenal. Her bedside manner is unmatched.
