Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI was a walk-in yesterday. They took me in for a regular manicure. I’m not sure about the negative reviews. But I wanted to say that this place is great! It’s clean, all the tools are in disinfecting liquid, they were really fast with my manicure, but did an amazing job! I also noticed they knew a LOT of the people walking in by their 1st name, so they have a nice clientele. Overall great experience, and I will definitely be going back! I was a walk-in yesterday. I was a walk-in yesterday. They took me in for a regular manicure. I’m not sure about the negative reviews. But I wanted to say that this place is great! It’s clean, all the tools are in disinfecting liquid, they were really fast with my manicure, but did an amazing job! I also noticed they knew a LOT of the people walking in by their 1st name, so they have a nice clientele. Overall great experience, and I will definitely be going back!

First time I went here for a full set and pedi was fine. Was surprised I was able to get in quickly for an appointment. Second visit, I decided to go with DIP on recommendation from a friend who raved about how long it lasted. Got DIP done Friday, by Monday, I already had a chip. Tuesday, another chip. Wednesday, chips kept coming. It’s now one week later, and two of my nails have broken because the DIP has chipped off so badly. I’m not overly rough with my hands and didn’t do any hard labor that would warrant such chipping. Per the friend, and several reviews, DIP should be lasting upwards of 3 weeks without chipping, so I can only assume it was the application. I did note how rushed it felt when I was getting to done, so I don’t doubt it. Sadly, will not be returning to this nail salon, and I am left with nails that do not look like I got them done a week ago.

I’ve been here several times and they always have customers around. You can call for an appointment, but they also take walk ins. They have a variety of services including manicure/pedicure, gel and no chip polish. I’ve had manicures from all the staff members and they all do a good job.

They always do a great job and my nails hold up and last a long time. All the women are so nice and kind. They also do cute designs on your nails if you like.

It was ok until the acrylic powder started itching every time I went and I told the tech as much, eventually it burned my skin cuticles and the color of my skin changed I no longer go to him and have since stopped putting acrylic nails and not been there since I don’t know if my skin color around my nails will get back to normal. Very rude customer service every time. The person on the phone is always rude even when I am trying to make any kind of appointment. Their pedicures were painful and she even cut me a little on my manicure. I really don’t understand why they can’t be a little nicer to paying customers. I highly don’t recommend going here. I’ve been here 3 times and shame on me because every time was a nightmare.
