I have been going here for a year and a half and Carla always goes an amazing job on my nails! I love getting different designs and I usually let her freestyle whatever she wants and I have never been disappointed!! I’m usually able to call when I’m ready for an appointment and IF she doesn’t get me in right away, it’s no more than an hour or two wait to see her! She is fast and I am always getting compliments on my nails

My mother reserved an appointment for 5 of us girls to get her nails done before my brother’s wedding. Booked the appointment several months in advance and called a few days before to confirm it. When we showed up there’s only one person on staff who could not service us. We ended up having the figure something out last minute. Not ideal or professional for a salon.

Totally butchered my nails!!!!! I came in with long nails my own underneath asked for a small trim she took my nails down so short she had to add acrylic to the tips! I wanted to cry! she changed my shape after I was very clear the shape was to stay the same. She ignored me the whole time including me telling her that i wasn’t satisfied. Horrible job!

I’ve been going here for years and I love it. I’ve tried other places in town but keep coming back to Lexi Nails. Pedicures are always nicely done. They are meticulous and the nail polish lasts for so long! I’m on 2 weeks with no chips! I don’t what they do differently here but other places usually only last a week for me. I’m sad that I no longer live in St. Cloud and so I can’t go as often as I’d like.

Called ahead and asked if walk ins were available. They said yes so we arrived. Only 3 people being serviced while we were there. I got a mani and a pedi. They kind of rushed us through and did a sloppy job. Some of our cuticles were bleeding because they rushed us through. I wanted certain things done and they kept saying I had to wait until this other nail tech was done because the woman helping me didn’t know how to do it so I just got the basics paid and left. I wasn’t going to have her start and then wait a half hour to have the rest of it done a half hr later by someone else. Definitely won’t be returning if I have to be rushed while no other clients were there waiting

I have gone everywhere in town and this is the only place that I can go and trust the nails will look great and last. Carla and Jessica are always kind and fun. They always let you know about additional charges. They are fair and fast. This salon also does the dip nails and people they are so worth it! It doesn’t feel like you have nails on and they are beautiful. Give them a try!

They have always been really nice to me and my friends/family. My nails are always done very well and they last. They stick to the prices they have listed and let you know about additional charges (gel polish, design, etc.) before putting it on your nails. Their pedicures are nice too. (Be sure to test the water before it’s full, they seem to make it really hot at first) Usually walk-ins are quickly started. Rarely is there a wait, but if waiting, maybe 10 minutes. Very friendly staff and they remember you the next times you come in. Reasonable pricing. They are very understanding of children too. I have brought my 2 year old with a few times and they let him play on a chair or sit with me, never complaining. Rare for me to find a place understanding. Overall, great experience each time.
