Alexa is most definitely the sweetest young lady to ever do my hair. She greeted me with the most welcoming hello and had me smiling the entire time I was there. I can’t wait to go back. Usually I get nervous when getting my haircut (in fear the hair dresser will take off too much), but Alexa did exactly what I wanted and had me leaving like a whole new person. She truly is amazing.

Critical: ProfessionalismMy dght showed Alexa a picture of the color she wanted, when it came out white, my child did not ask for white. Alexa told my dghtr she would run a rinse throu it the next day. I called my child in tears all night long and asked Alexa if we come in as she stated the day prior ? And Alexa now made us wait a wk to get back in ? Then After the color correct, Alexa tryd to charge me $60 for her color mess up. Telling me I had to cover her product cost? That was not said at the time of appointment. I used Alexa prior she did a beautiful job I paid $250 for cut and full highlights. I go back ? Now it’s $320? I explain I paid $250 last time ? In addition while my child was getting her color correction that Alexa messed up , the woman who does eyebrows at inverno / Alexa salon, was telling her customer about my child’s hair and how my child should not complain it happens ??? Be happy with your $250 hair color you never asked for.
