Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueToday I had a pedicure and a dip manicure and I paid the premium for getting a silver tip also. With tip I paid $100 at this place. After a shower today evening, it started peeling off.. I really don’t want to give tip here for their poor service.she was just rushing and want to finish it off as quickly as possible. But at the counter they will ask how much you want to tip then for the sake of that, I just paid ok whatever, make it even $100 total. One thing I want to say, Very low quality service! At least if this thing stayed for a week, I wouldn’t take my time to put a review here. But if you are looking for at least a bare minimum service, go somewhere else. There are lot of places in Redmond, who value people’s money. I went there today at 11am. Now it is 7.30 pm. Both hand nails have bubbles it started peeling off. Horrible service ! Today I had a pedicure and a dip manicure and I paid the premium for getting a silver tip also. With tip I paid $100 at this place. After a shower today evening, it started peeling off.. I really don’t want to give tip here for their poor service.she was just rushing and want to finish it off as quickly as possible. I am usually a regular at levue in bellevue but they’ve been booked quite a lot lately so i decided to try out the redmond location. they were able to fit in an appointment for me and 3 other people which was super cool and unusual. pricing is pretty good though they charged extra for longer nails but i’m not really complaining because my nails turned out amazing. perfectly polished and even, no bubbles or unevenness anywhere. the customer service right as i walked in was not ideal, i felt very rushed and not really respected, but the lady who did my nails was the opposite. she let me take my time in deciding shape, length, and color, and was super kind and very funny. she complimented me a lot which made me feel really comfortable. she even gave me great advice like which colors would fit my skin tone which i found extremely helpful. would 100% come here again, just hoping for some better front desk customer service next time.

This will be the LAST time I go here. I called to make an appointment to remove my dip and do a regular manicure. On the phone the lady told me that the manicure would be $32 and the dip would be $35 so I should just do that…. So I did. Worst mistake. The guy who does the dip manicures is rude. I had so many cotton hairs on my fingers and he wouldn’t let me wash my hands, just used his old raggedy brush to wipe it away. I wanted French Tip dip powder. The powder, not the white nail polish. I told him this and he told me no, this was better. I told him I didn’t want to pay extra for painter white nail tips. I didn’t even get the option to change to a color and was charged more than what I was told. They charged me $40 for the clear dip powder that looks crusty with all these bubbles and cotton hairs. He didn’t even put oil on my hands, just left and went to the extent customer. And the worst part is that they weren’t even that busy! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! This wasn’t the first time I’ve been to the Redmond location. The first times were semi-okay, no complaints but no praises either. This will be the LAST time I go here.
