Love this place. I have been here several times, and every time I get such wonderful service. Everyone is friendly, easy to communicate with, and they were able to paint my nails exactly as I asked. Clean and beautiful facility. I love that I live close to a fantastic nail salon. All the services are listed clearly so there is no over charge.

Laura is the best nail artist I’ve ever gone to. And that says a lot because I’ve gone to well over 50 salons in king county area. The gel-x is definitely better than acrylic, 10/10 recommend. She goes above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you want. She’s patient, thorough, and kind. Hard to find that in a nail tech these days. This is definitely my go to salon! Prices are a tad higher than some of the salons places nearby, but you get what you pay for!

My experience has been extremely bad. My Toe nail was cut so slant and they did not even think that was wrong. After I am don’t with pedi and meni. He comes with a piece of paper saying how much I owe..I asked can I pay at the check out. He said no, can you give me the card here but be careful while to get your card so nail polish does not get messed up (as it was not even 5mins since my polish was complete) I said ok, then he asked me how much tip I will give? I was super surprised . I said can I write after you swipe the card, he said no he needs to know now. I said No, please swipe the card and then I will write my tip on the receipt then he said ok. After done, he was so ready to kick me out asking can you wear your sandals…OMG this was insane, I am pregnant as well, I was just shocked in this behavior, I just walked away. Not going back as they lack basic manners.

I walked in for my appointment and when they finally sat me down, the first lady who worked on me kept coming and going which I think is unprofessional and had to wait longer than my scheduled appointment time. I was then switched to a different nail tech who was not who I booked with. Anyway, it was all rushed and the job was sloppy. You can see how bumpy and badly shaped the acrylic is on my left hand. Keep in mind I only got a fill and paid 70 dollars for poor quality.

I got my nails done last week, nail broke off within 2 days. I went to get it fixed and it took 45 minutes for them to fix 1 nail. Since then, 2 more nails have broken. They also charged me $15 more for glitter polish compared to the first time I went here. I do not recommend this salon at all.
