I went to get a pedicure on Tuesday. I wanted to get French tips. I had said over 3 times that I wanted French tips. My nail lady ended up just painting my toes all white. (Yes I could have stopped her but I had said countless times for tips that I didn’t even bother). It looks pretty but I will say one of my toes got swollen & another toe was cut to short in a corner that my toe is really sensitive. I also wanted my callus done and brought that up a few times and never got that done. I took a few hours to myself and don’t really treat myself. I was there for a spa pedicure this afternoon. The menu says that the spa pedicure lasts 45 minutes, but she was done in about 35 minutes. The “massage” was more like a rub. She spent 10 minutes rubbing oil on my legs. When I came home I realized the nail polish is too thick, and my calluses are intact. I wasn’t expecting to get out of there with my feet feeling like with baby skin, but I should at least be able to tell that I got a spa pedicure. The technician spent the whole time chit chatting with the technician next to her, which I don’t mind at all as long as they do their job properly. I should have checked my feet before I left, but I was already wearing shoes and didn’t want to ruin the polish so didn’t bother. I spent $51 (plus $10 tip) on something I could have done at home.

I went in for a pedicure and a set af new acrylic nails,I was referred to Hao by a friend and she is fabulous! My pedicure was great and my feet have never.felt better .She discussed the benefits of powder dipped nails vs acrylics so I did the powder dip in pink and white. They feel great and look beautiful. I have had powder dipped before at another salon and they were thick and felt artificial, these are light . The salon was very clean which is very important too. I have my appointment set for next time. I have tried many salons in the area and this one is by far the best.

Critical: QualityIf I could give this place a minus five starts I would! On the evening of December 12, 2021; my daughter and I stopped by this nail salon to do our nails and I also waxed my eyebrows. I had the worse painful experience ever!! The lady that did my nails was SUPER rough while doing my nails and was moving my fingers as if she wanted to brake them. I told her in a few occasions that she was being too rough but she kept doing it. Nails chipped the following day. But the worse painful experience was when she waxed my eyebrows, she burned my eyelids!!! And on top of that she put some gel that felt like pouring alcohol in an open wound. I jumped up from the spa bed and told her that she just burned me and she kept saying NO BURN. I was in tot pain and fuming because she kept saying no burn and trying to put Neosporin. Worse PAINFUL experience ever!! I will NOT recommend this nail salon at all. I now have to deal with the pain and scars on my eyelids! If I could give this place a minus five starts I would! On the evening of December 12, 2021; my daughter and I stopped by this nail salon to do our nails and I also waxed my eyebrows. I have been here since I moved to America. Before they do any services, they always tell the prices, so I don’t have to worry about it when I check out. The thing is before charging, they always list all the services that they did to me and nothing wrong with it. But a recent review makes me confused like she said paid $112 for doing nothing. I was like how they can steal your money to pay for $112 unless u let them get it from you. I was there so I knew everything.

got robbed. i paid about $150 (including a 5% discount bc i paid with cash) for an acrylic REFILL & a regular manicure + pedicure (2 people) this $150 didn’t include tip. their website said refills were $35, mine ended up being in the $60s to $80s. sure i got gel which added $15, but then i saw the receipt and it showed BS fees like “service fees”??? i asked for clarification on the price and they just spoke to each other and laughed. THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU PURPOSEFULLY!
