Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismThis was the worst mani pedi I have ever gotten!! In short, my feet ended up damaged beyond repair, my nails still hurt, it was incredibly awkward and unprofessional.I showed up to a locked business in the middle of the day, when the esthetician came to the door. We were the only two people in the building, there was no music playing, and she didn’t say two words to me so we sat in silence for an hour and a half. I sat down on a recliner and had her immediately take a micro plane to my dry feet, no soaking no water or anything. She eventually got a bucket of hot water, tripped my toenails and cuticles (which ended up bleeding) and then splashed my dirty toenail water on my feet. She tried to do a mask but it was bone dry so I watched her attempt to reconstitute it with VEGGIE OIL, which didn’t work but she ended up just rubbing the veggie oil on my legs!! The pain job was awful and I have paint all over my toes. She then did my nails, again, no soak, no water, just a dry file. I had a few hangnails which she attempted to file off, again, started bleeding. She then used the USED orange stick on my nails (I could tell it was the one she used on my toes because it had paint on it). There seemed to be dirty utensils in her caddy, I never saw any licenses displayed, and it just felt completely unsanitary. The paint job on my nails also ended awfully, after she tried painting my nails right after putting cuticle oil on, and without letting them dry in between, and with no base coat. The whole time I wanted to cry and felt like I was on the show punked. I would have asked to speak to the manager but we were the only ones in the building so I doubted it was a possibility. I tried to get a refund from Groupon with no luck. An absolutely awful, weird, and strange experience. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI love My sister and I were on a mini-vacation and wanted to pamper ourselves. Our appointments were scheduled for 11:00 am which they were running behind. Marissa started working on my feet without soaking them and wanted to use the “cheese shredder” which I declined. Nicole was to work on my sister, she was on the phone in the back the whole time….at 11:45 a.m. we let them know we were leaving and Nicole walked out still on the phone and without acknowledging we were leaving turned around & went back to whatever she was doing. Marissa started working on my feet without soaking them and wanted to use the “cheese shredder” which I declined. Critical: QualityMy nails are in the worst shape they have ever been.A friend and I came here for mani pedis while on vacation a couple weeks ago. I came in with very grown out acrylics that I was looking to have removed so I could go back to my natural nails and regular polish. She got them off, but my nails haven’t ever been in this bad of condition.Within a couple days, the polish began chipping off. My nails were paper thin from so much buffing, so they kept breaking/peeling, and anything that touched them made them so sensitive. 11 days later and the sensitivity has still hardly improved and they are breaking shorter and shorter.During the manicure, the buffing tool nicked one of my fingers, making it bleed. At the time, I figured it had just gotten my cuticle or maybe a hangnail which wasn’t a big deal at all. But as my nails have begun to grow out and all the polish is gone, I now see that the bleeding was because the buffing tool not only went through my cuticle but all the way through the rest of that spot of my nail.I got the acrylics off so that I could have the freedom and mobility of my natural nails, but now they are almost more difficult to deal with. I understand that acrylics can deteriorate your natural nail condition, but no one should have to walk out of a salon with results like this.We were the last appointment of the day, so everything felt very rushed. My nails are in the worst shape they have ever been.

Critical: QualityThe staff was very friendly but unfortunately the quality was not there. I got a gel manicure yesterday and my nails are already chipped. I left with multiple fingers bleeding and my paint was uneven and not fully covered. At least my pedicure was good.
