My experience @ Level Up Barber Salon was outstanding. The people there are very friendly, even to the point of offering me something to drink. First barber shop to do this in my experience. However, I have to say that the reason I go there is because of my barber Carlos Lopez. He never rushes and takes his time to cut my hair. I feel like he wants me to look my best when I leave. This is the ethic of a true barber, and I notice that this is his regular practice with all his clients. He is definitely a 5 star barber.

We cannot say enough good things about these guys!! My husband gets the best haircuts of his life here. Juan does an incredible job and is very kind and gentle. We brought our toddler here today after he got a bad haircut elsewhere and Juan made it look so much better. We will be bringing out kiddo here for his haircuts from now on. Shoot, I may start getting my hair cut here too. These are a bunch of great guys and we cannot recommend them enough!

Half of their staff quit (all of the good barbers) because the owners were stealing their earned money and telling them they were making more. They also refused to let their staff take off without complaining while the owners took weekly trips/vacations. The owners also don’t even come in on Sundays, but it’s was now mandatory to employees that they told wouldn’t have to work Sundays. But now that half of their staff quit, they closed Sundays completely. Terrible people to work for and you shouldn’t support their business. Greedy new business owners that can’t maintain a good work environment. 0/10
